About the fam

Guess where we met each other?

We all met at a surfcamp & hostel in Portugal. Incredible and indelible weeks spent together that created a very strong connection. Already in those first moments together we were talking about dreams and desires, one of which we had in common: to open a hostel & surfcamp! Today, after more than 3 years here we are, building this amazing project together and realizing our dream by creating a big fam!

Daniel

Co-founder, CEO & School Director

Years of experience owning and operating a hostel. Licensed and practising Speech and Language pathologist and doctor in psychology. Dan owns and directs three clinics (two in Mex and one in the USA).

Davide

Co-founder, COO & Marketing Director

Job experience as Assistant Surf Camp Manager in Portugal and marketing manager in an IT company in Italy. Davide has a Master's degree in mechanical and management engineering, and owns a local web agency in Italy.

Yair

Co-founder & Camp Manager

Experience developing sports and cultural events. Owns a BMX brand and a shop in Puerto Escondido. Yair is an experienced metallurgical engineer with a strong presence in the local artistic and sports scenes.

Azeem

Co-founder & Financial Advisor

Medical doctor in London, angel investor, and founder of BiteWorld, one of the UK’s fastest-growing EdTech companies.. Honoured with the British Empire Medal (BEM) by The Queen for services to healthcare education.

Lore

Wellness Activities Director & Camp Manager

Dual masters physical therapist and certified yoga teacher with multiple years of experience in (sports) physical therapy & training, (luxury) hospitality & wellness worldwide.

David

Accounting Advisory & Security

Accountant registered in Mexico with a university degree, experience in customer services, sales, international logistics, and security services. Davide owns an e-commerce business.

Oziel

Construction Development Director

Years of experience in architectural design and construction. Oziel is also an internationally recognised opera singer with a passion for the arts.
